Summary:
Jesus could have come as a bold ruler, reigning over everyone with all authority in Heaven and earth—but He chose not to. Instead, this King chose to abandon everything that looked like power and enter the world in a situation far from fitting for a king so that our guards would be down and our hearts would be open.
